Cumplimiento de la Ley 21.663
Ley Marco de Ciberseguridad
Si tu empresa fue designada Operador de Importancia Vital (OIV) por la Agencia Nacional de Ciberseguridad (ANCI), tienes plazos legales para acreditar tu SGSI. Te llevamos al cumplimiento — antes de la multa.
¿A quién aplica?
A los servicios esenciales y a los OIV que designa la ANCI: banca, salud, energía, telecomunicaciones, transporte, servicios digitales y TI y organismos del Estado.
Tus obligaciones
Implementar un SGSI, designar un Delegado de Ciberseguridad, certificar continuidad operacional y reportar al CSIRT Nacional: alerta en 3 horas, reporte en 72 horas e informe final en 15 días.
Sanciones
Las infracciones van de 5.000 UTM a 20.000 UTM, y hasta 40.000 UTM para OIV (del orden de $2.700 millones). Cumplir no es opcional — y los plazos ya corren.
